Privacy Statement

Sydney Charles Aviation Insurance will not pass on customer information to third parties unless it is for the purposes of placing your insurance and as otherwise permitted by law.

When arranging your insurance we collect personal financial information as may be required by the Insurers. This comprises;

  • Information you have filled in on proposal forms or given us via telephone conversations, email or in written correspondence.
  • Details of your transactions with us/our representatives or previous insurers. Including your policy coverage, premiums, claims and payment history.
  • Information from credit agencies, companies house, etc. used to ascertain credit history if needed to establish your ability to pay your premiums.
